How it works
- CPS automatically diverts calls from BT to our network.
There is no installation or programming of your equipment
and there will be no need to dial a code to activate the
service. This means more efficient routing of your calls
maximising your savings.
- We will analyse your needs and complete all order forms required by BT.
- BT checks the information on the electronic order and, as long as it
is correct, the service will be transferred 10 working days later.
- The service is provided at the local BT exchange meaning that no equipment
needs to be installed at your premises. During this time you have the option
to cancel the service with no penalty charges.
- Once the service is activated your calls will be transferred automatically.
- When changing to Choice Voice, there will be no interruption
to your service and all existing telephone numbers can be
retained.
- If at any time you want to override the service and route your calls back to
BT you can do this by dialling a simple four digit code.
